I'm a female, and said I'd stay. But only because I'd try to help them get better. But if they couldn't kick the habit I would consider leaving. Eating disorders destroy your health, and shows that you're overly insecure. Not an attractive attribute, and doesn't show the ability to be stable. At least that's my opinion.
