Would you say that we live multiple lives?

Do you honestly think that living a new life after your current one ends is possible? I'd like to think so. After all, there surely can't be just ONE life, right? With all the galaxies and universes out there, all of us had to atleast live 2 lives. Also, life is a never-ending cycle so maybe it works for us too and that whole "You only got one chance at life" stuff is a lie to make us scared and underestimate the ability to be born again as someone else.

Only if you are living a double life now.

Yees... i think the dream world is real, just another type of reality... but i think if anyone figures out the true secret/meaning of life, they would "die" instantly... oh i didn't realise you meant afterlife. but for all we know we could be in an "afterlife" right now..

Only getting one chance should be a motivator, not something to be scared of.

What is "you", in your opinion? If you can answer that question, you can answer whether you can possibly live another life or not.

Sorry, but you only get one guaranteed shot at life, so you'd better live this one to the fullest and stop wasting your time wondering about the next one. Only an idiot would bet this one for a better next one. After all, a whole lot of folks believe you could come back as a fly, an ant, a virus or anything else that lives.

How do any of us definitively know anything? Many people have experienced this phenomena. It is unreasonable to brush concepts we don't understand under the rug.

Assuming people can "know" anything -- they would never "know" if they had a past life. Q.E.D., checkmate, Jenga and UNO.

I see what you mean. Still, I find it interesting how some ancient cultures seemed to know more than our modern society knows now.

              Highly unlikely.

    No, I wouldn't say that.

It's a comforting idea, that you have multiple chances, multiple opportunities, that when you die you're merely in transition. But there's really no corporal evidence to support this.

"Surely there can't be just ONE life, right?"

Why not? What could possibly render this an absurd or improbable notion? How is it any less believable than the idea that some magic moves our consciousness through space and time into another 'body'?

There's nothing wrong with entertaining the notion, but to be certain of it seems kinda irrational to me. Maybe you're a 'spiritual person' and it's easier for you to make leaps of faith.

Nobody knows. It's a matter of faith.
