Without an arm it'd be hard to play guitar, piano, typing or really anything that requires finger dexterity.
A leg seems like the easy choice, sure it may be harder to run, but i'd say it'd probably be easier to get the mobility of a leg back with a prosthetic then the mobility of an arm since it's got all those fingers.
Fingers/hands are like the central body part for "precision action" and sensation of touch, while a leg is more, well you know... a tube of meat you support your weight with and use to move, a tough call... but I think 10 fingers is better than 10 toes any day.
How does one pee with no genitals. That makes no sense at all. If there was a way I could still live and pee than genitals. Im not very sexual anyways.
Would you rather lose an arm, a leg or your genitals?

Where do genitals come into play? I think I need my hands more so I can jack off better.
