Nope. Haven't been raped. But I do think that life itself is more valuable than virginity. Would you rather die or be raped? I don't have a whole lot of empathy for rapists, but I have enough belief in the human right to live that they don't deserve to die in my opinion. You who think so little of animals should understand that if humans are so special, and so different from animals then human beings should be able to refrain from raping, murdering, assaulting, and molesting other human beings. If a person cannot control his, or her base urges to harm others then that person is mentally weak, and subhuman. A subhuman person who cannot control its desires to rape, murder, and violently assault others should be treated the same way that a vicious dog is, and eliminated with extreme prejudice.

I urge you to use logic and not emotion to justify your stance. You don't have to agree with me! I just want to know how in tarnation you arrived on the conclusion that rape is as bad as murder. I don't think virginity is as valuable as life itself. But the worst of rape is the psychological trauma. But not everyone gets trauma from rape so bad they commit suicide(only a small %) Therfore it is possible to recover from rape but not murder. And because of that murder is a more serious crime. Thats my logic now wheres yours???
Psychological trauma is massive, and destroys lives. Many victims/survivors of rape never fully recover from the crime. Rapists, and other violent criminals typically don't change their ways, and I for one the the world would be better off without people who do nothing, but cause harm, people who are sociopaths who are incapable of ever contributing to society, and can never be productive members of society.
This discussion has become old, and is borderline harassment on your part.
I think that rape is evil, and that if a person commits such an act that the person is subhuman in their nature, because they are unable to control their impulses. I think that a person's humanity should be defined by more than just being born as a human being. I think we're not that different from the great apes. I think that people with poor impulse control, especially with regard to forcing themselves upon others, are fundamentally less than others people. I think people like that should be put down like animal control puts down rabid dogs. I think that the lives of people who violate others are worth very little, next to nothing in fact.
I think you believe this is about a debate to try to win someone over to your side, but I think it's about people having the right to think whatever they want with freedom from harrassment, manipulation, and or others attempting to persuade them otherwise.
