"This world's idea of beauty" is pretty universal. It is simply regularity of features, coupled with well=balanced bodily proportions. Also strong toned muscles, slim ankles, ect.
I don't think that a flabby physique would be considered beautiful in ANY culture, much less an obese one. Or double chins, or jowls, or dimply cottage-cheesy shapeless cellulite butts. Ditto for overbites, underbites, crooked teeth, Neanderthal chins, beady eyes, big noses... you get the idea.
Ask yourself... would Beavis and Butt-head be handsome in ANY culture? I think not!
Would you rather inherit physical flaws or diseases?
