        The forepart of the penis is called the 'glans' or 'glans penis'.

        A similar structure on a female is also called a 'glans' or 'glans clitoridis'.

        But what makes it not funny is that he was being serious about the matter, not joking. His constant corrections to people's diction on here and imposing authority about 'violating the rules' get old really quick.

        He's an internet troll in my honest opinion.
