Pick kid up, hold by ankles & hang them upside-down.
If they're too big for that, knock them face-down on the floor and sit on their back.
While their movement is restricted by one of the above methods, give them a long, boring lecture on why they shouldn't be an asshole.
If they're too big to pull of either of the above easily, then they're big enough for you to hit them back. (and hopefully also mature enough to understand why they deserved the beating)

Here's what I would do:...
