I'd rather the anarchy, because at least there would be privately working law enforcement hired by companies that were paid by the people to keep the peace, as well as capitalist Hospitals and educational curriculums one can do at home.

I think anarchy would actually be a good idea. Most people are trustable and decent people.

And the law wouldnt try to constantly control everything including everyones lives

Yeah but then when your wife gets raped there's no legal precedent to put the guy or girl away.
You COULD kill the rapist, but you risk the rapists family/friends/loved ones coming after you.

in fact the law is VICIOUS and evil and destructive

so ya sure lets just all continue pretending the government gives a fuck about us

yea sure buddy, lets all live in our fantasy land

no. not me thank you. hell no

its called "taking matters into your own hands"

it would actually force some people to stop being vaginas

        which is nice

they're GONNA DO IT ANYWAY REGARDLESS OF THE LAW

if someone kills someone close to me i dont give a FUCK about the law

end of story. the law is just useless and people can manage themselves

I guess what I meant to say is: without law, it's man eats man. Your wife gets brutally assaulted? Then you go after the guy who assaulted her.
But because there is no law to protect either her or you, you could then get killed and your wife assaulted again, because there is no type of law to prevent that from happening.
Our judicial system may be vicious, but imagine how much more vicious it would be if all of the perps in jail suddenly were released.

You could get killed anyway. The law cant protect you if a guy decides to break into your home and start raping your wife.

Happens all the time. And some guys get away before police show up. The law cant always protect you.

Its silly to think they can.

But like I said, most people are decent, so even without police its not gonna happen on a daily basis anyway.

Like I said, you gotta take matters into your own hands at that point and defend yourself. Learn maritial arts, get a gun, get pepper spray.

There are things you can do

I would rather live in a dictatorship if it was Just with an interest in the well begin of the people and without deep corruption.

Such a dictatorship could exist in theory.

A dictatorship can accomplish much more and faster than other society's if ran well.

Russia is today is still essentially a dictatorship but the government works for the people and there is a court system. But Putin is the boss and gets done what he needs to. It's still very corrupt I'm sure and people are lining their pockets but overall I think things are moving in a good direction.

Russia is a great if not the greatest nation today in many aspects. And this is coming from a Canadian.

Both are fucked up. People are dumb, selfish, power-hungry, violent animals.

In an anarchy, there would be nothing stopping people from fucking shit up.

In a dictatorship, the asshole at the top will inevitably go mad with power.

Slightly leaning towards anarchy, but ultimately would not choose.

Not true about anarchy. It can't exist. Anywhere animals or people exist some rule of law is established. Anarchy isn't natural.

at some point in history it DID exist, because when mankind first was on earth, they didnt automatically set up a government to make everyone slaves

No but they did immediately have unwitten rules by which they had to abide to survive.

Meet a new person and within seconds guidlines will be established.

Try it tonight at home. It doesnt have to be such a large scale. Try and time how long it lasts before a rule, no matter how small, is agreed to and established.

You do know you're in that world right know don't you? You are free to do whatever you want.

Rules and laws are only followed by those who want to follow them. Criminals certainly don't and neither do the politicians.

Anyone who follows laws is willfully giving up their freedom for some fake promise of safety. No one is protecting you.

      Comment Hidden ( show )

However that would never happen because a world with no laws would never exist. Humans have a natural inclination to create a hierarchical society.

Laws keep the vulnerable safe and I think that's more important then being able to do what you please. I think though everyone should be able to vote on alm
l sThe individual laws so that we get more say in how we live and the consequences to those who break the laws.not just groups that end up having a power trip
