I have a friend, which I have a crush on and I think, that she knows. We had 2 dinners in my place, nothing sexual, but we had a really good time. The problem is, that she has a boyfriend and she told me, that we can't hang out alone, cause it's too weird and she has to lie about it to her BF...

I sent her message, that we can see each other alone for one more time, and that I have something to tell her. I want her to know, that I have some feelings for her. If you would be her, would you like to know for sure?

    Not trying to rain on your parade here but you do realize you're flirting with a girl who is stepping out on her boyfriend and lying to him about it right? Seems like a red flag to me. Good luck though.

      I do realize it, but she never cheated on him. I recently got information, that he was occasionally aggressive to her (not beating, but holding her by neck), so I want to let her know, that there is someone else, who will treat her better. I think she wouldn't lie, if she wouldn't feel good with me and wasn't scared of him in some way.

    I think it's brave and a good idea to tell her and go ahead before it's too late. For all you know she feels the same but hasn't been sure you do too, I know myself that can easily happen in friendships when you're opposite genders because sometimes you kinda act like a couple already so it's hard to tell if those feelings are actually there or you're just being silly. Even if she doesn't feel the same you'll know and won't have to wonder about it anymore.

    I was gonna say "it's obviously wrong because she's in a relationship already" but after reading the other comments it would make sense to confess to her and see if she's interested in choosing you instead.

    Just brace yourself for a possible rejection, and remember that you need to be there as a friend first and foremost

      I think she feels, but I will findout tomorrow. There was always the chemistry between us, but she wasn’t single for last 1,5 year's.
