        • Germany is quite strict on naming, first names have to be from a sanctioned list and your not allowed to chain name. There are other countries that have similar rules like argentina and spain. Sweden has strict laws where all names have to be court approved and they have to be a certain amount of letters in length. Portugal also has a list of sanctioned names you have to choose from. In japan names must be created from certain characters the government has allowed. In the UK and USA naming laws are a little slacker but if I remember correctly you can't have numbers in the name and any name deemed not suitable can be rejected by whoever signs it, a few people have been imprisoned on cases of child abuse because of names they have called their children. These are just the few that I can remember reading about, as far as citing goes you fuck off and find your own you lazy twat :)
