Most people around 18 think that they do not want children but as you grow older you think otherwise. I think that a couple who cannot have children naturally has more chances of getting divorced than a normal couple.
Our basic instincts push us to reproduce to ensure survival and a woman who cannot bear children will feel bad about having a man and not being able to give him a child. This situation will eventually leads to conflict and feelings of guiltiness. Moreover adoption is a long and difficult procedure and it easy to say, “You can adopt!”
The reality is quite different. There are many criteria that adoption companies ask before a couple is put on an adoption list.
What I want to say is that the majority of people on IIN is too young to give you, OP, an accurate answer on such a big question.
Okay, all you guys are being EXTREMELY selfish, in a way, by answering for yourselves. Well, yes, that's what she asked but that's not necessarily what she's looking for, as all of you seem to be people that for sure don't want children, not the average everyday kind of people. Personally, no, I would not leave anyone that couldn't have kids, but that's also saying that I'm your boyfriend/husband/fiancé, etc, and IM NOT, and neither is anyone else here. I'd probably say if you too have been together for a while, which it doesn't seem like, he won't, and if he and his family are all stable, A.K.A. All pretty much have kids, and are very supportive, if he doesn't drink, smoke, he probably will not leave you. Otherwise, considering it's a guy... maybe, but probably not. From my eyes, girls tend to fall for all the less inclined guys.
I'll be completely honest here, I wouldn't leave her. I'm not saying I don't want children but if she thinks that no guy would want her for this, then I'd look great compared to other men, so ya sure. Being infertile isn't a major flaw in my book, and I'm sure its not even a flaw for some guys.
