Would you kill someone if there were no repercussions?

If there would absolutely, positively, NO negative, practical consequences, would you kill someone?

By practical consequences, I mean legal repercussions, revenge from the victims family and friends, committing sin in the eyes of God, destroying or damaging relationships, and things like that.

You may still have to deal with your own guilt and conscience, depending on your personality.
