if i am reviewing applications for kindergarden and there's a repeat sex offender that raped kids, but could legally apply because he only has a record in another nation, then hell no.
If i am reviewing applications for heavy steel industry, mining work or the army, sure, he's welcome.
If i am reviewing applications for a money courier, then no, i wouldn't consider any of those.
I'm all for giving them a second chance, no matter the crime, they deserve to start over...ONCE. But even then it's a case-by-case thing of what job and what crime...know what i mean?
Would you hire someone with a record?
