Plastic surgery to correct an abnormality - YES. example: pinning ears, nose job for a huge nose
Plastic surgery for vanity sake - NO (I wouldn't). example: face-lifts, lipo, boob jobs.
People (adults 18+) can do whatever they want with their own bodies though. If they want to put themselves through that pain, then it's up to them.
