You all are saying its overpriced blah blah and what about buying drinks in London or a big city on a Friday night? A cocktail can set you back £6-£10. What about cigarettes?some of you probably smoke. Surely I'm allowed cinema popcorn once in a while without getting this bashing that I'm a spendthrift.
You must get some badass popcorn there to be willing to spend so much on it. Where I live it is no different than the stuff at the store but costs about 10x the price for the same amount.
I dont think anyone was bashing you ...the people that posted about its cost think its pricey ...and actually it is...compared to you popping your own.
all the stuff at a theater is over priced.
If you buy the popcorn and thats what you choose to do with your money thats fine.
also I dont smoke :P
But if I were you I would put aside all the money I would normally spend on the theater popcorn until I had enough for my own popcorn maker ...as it does Taste different then movie poocorn
this just seems more covenant to me...as now you dont have to wast gas.and can have some any time you wish. :D
