  • Your post raises a problem. IIN has participants all over the world mostly in English speaking countries. If half our user base disappeared we would lose half the intelligent users, half the trolls, half the perverts, and half the retards. This is bad because the commentary of intelligent users is what I log in for. Retards are easy to ignore, and perverts provide only mediocre humor. In other words, IIN would become only half as good.

I said NO because I want IIN to be at its best.

    • IIN users are spared, of course.

    • Wow you reall thought this through! But how many intelligent iin users are there? Sometimes I feel as if I can count them on one hand.

      • One hand is all you need. I count five, and we need each one of them.

        • I know you are counting me in that five and I appreciate that.

        • Hmm intelligent iin users... that's a tricky one.

Rose and Boojum are shoe ins but who else is there that's comes on her regularly? Besides you and me obviously. A lot of regulars aren't dumb but they just don't take iin as seriously like me or cuntsiclestick. I guess maybe Leggs or Elenna?

          • Just do not forget that how people act online has little to do with how they are real life.

The truth is, I think if there were a real-life meeting of the IIN regulars, it would be kind of shocking; the difference between how we all might imagine each other vs. the real-life person.
Now McBean "chose to make no comment", I am flattered he/she/whatever even notices my posts. I could not tell you a single thing about McBean to save my life. I guess it means I stand out more :D

AND, overall I do not take this site real serious. It is mostly a playground. Put it this way DNM, several times you have disagreed about how people like me live or want to be addressed but not even that bothers me in the least.

            • Yeah people are different on here no doubt. There's no way I'd be able to spot any iin user even if I got to know them irl. Like RoseIsablla could be my Aunt and I still don't know if I'd notice.

I don't take this site very serious most of the time and a lot of newer people on here bother me about spelling or take my jokes seriosly and get the wrong idea about me. It takes a while on here to learn when to be serious and when not to be. I've kinda grown sick of long debates on here tbh it's just a waste of time for me.

There's three aspects of iin I like, the humor, the personalities in the comment section and the advice I get either directly or indirectly. I'm not here to try and look smart and I'm not here to convince everyone to be conservative.

          • Yes, Boojum is a shoe in. Rose has good emotional intelligence, but AR is strong on verbal reasoning. Cognitive biases trip her up. Vantablack is well over near-genius level, but more of an abstract/mathematical thinker. CD has very high intelligence masked by poorly regulated emotions. You gotta read between the lines to appreciate her. I choose to make no comment on the two users tied for fifth place.

            • CD that's who I was forgetting. Shes good as well. Keep in mind though that not everyone is on here for the same reason you are. But if I'm not in the top 5 what can get me there?

              • Relax, dude. You're a smart guy and a good writer. Critical thinking makes a big difference, but most people don't want to grind on that for long. Your comments provide clever transitional material to keep convos going. The world needs perceptiveness; and it's what you deliver. This thread is an example.
