    I'd say for a girl dirty fingernails would be the easiest one next to earwax. Nothing a quick clean couldn't resolve but dirty fingernails would be the least revolting to me if I had to choose one and that condition had to stay the same.

    Also if they couldn't resolve the issues on your list then nail polish easily covers up the dirty fingernails.
