Autism has became a so called disability because autistic people are not understood by society. It wouldn't be a disability if people weren't bothered by people who interpet social and emotional information differantly. Autistic people are different, not disabled and have as many strengths as they have difficulies. I also find your phrase "a retard genes" amusing as you have implied a singular plural gene.
