Asperger Syndrome is on the autism scale and is a very mild form, so it may not be possible to say yes or no based on a description of a person's condition. But a romantic relationship is about giving and is also inherently selfish. If a person has an ASD and is still capable of giving you the emotional, mental and physical things you need from a partner, then, I think, you would be right to be with them if you wish. But ASDs often meen limited emotional expression or comprehension.
