My guy friends make fun of women who enhance themselves and put garbage under their skin. A few years ago, one of my male friends asked me for advice on whether or not he should break up with his girlfriend because she was going to get a boob job. I told him to do whatever he felt was right and he dumped her and never looked back. A lot of guys seem to dislike fake women and just want them for a bit of fun because they're superficial but I'm sure there are a few out there who don't mind.
I'm a female and even though I don't plan on getting a boob job, my fiancé would be upset if I did because he constantly says he finds it completely stupid. I myself think a woman who makes herself a bit more plastic is probably insecure and would benefit from therapy but instead, they take the unintelligent way out so I have no respect for them. But since you already went that route, there's really no turning back but I'm sure there will be someone for you. Maybe less options but definitely still someone for you as there is bound to be someone who will love you for you and the procedure you had to change your natural beauty.
