    For what I see in the net and in underwear shops there is a panoply of goods to enhance guys bulges.
    Do girls mind it or not?
    When it comes to the point must be a disillusion, or not?
    They care or not?

      If it can still get hard (which is a problem for men who get the surgical penis enlargement treatments) then yes, I would have an issue with it.

      If it functions as normally as well, my breasts appear to, then I don't see it as an issue.
