Well sure. If I love someone I'd love'em for who they are. If they want to do something for themselves that makes them happy, more power to'em!
Most people might not care if you've already gotten to know them, but I'm not sure if I'd start off a first date by saying, "My breasts costed 20,000 dollars!"
Just do you, be yourself, do what makes you happy.
