Not really no, as long as you're happy with your appearance then I would be to. Honestly if getting breast augmentation surgery made you a more confident person then who am I to be turned off by that? I like body positivity and like you said you look natural and it fits your frame so I doubt I would even know. In conclusion, no it wouldn't bother me.
