I'm 6'4", and while I wouldn't have ruled out dating a woman your height back in my dating days, I'm sure some people would have thought we looked funny. That wouldn't have bothered me, but I can imagine that many women would have found it awkward.
For what it's worth, both my first and second wives were 5'4", which obviously isn't vastly taller than you.
