Uh, I think your reading into it a bit too much. THat wasn't what I meant at all, but thank you for pointing it out.
I simply meant to identify with everyones (or at least some peoples) view on themselves, some people think that no one is perfect and some people think they are perfect and some people think that everyone is perfect. I am in no way implying that celebrities are perfect.
I think that it is pretty obvious that becomming attractive or famous would not solve self-image issues (that whole idea contradicts itself) ie: Michael Jackson RIP.

("No-I love myself and all my imperfections"
Meaning that becoming attractive or famous would get rid of these imperfections.)
