I rather be the way I am now. If I was good looking, I'd probably become a douche because I can. Good looking people get away with more stuff simply because they're good looking. I rather work hard and if I really wanted to become good looking, I'll exercise more, etc.
Also, I couldn't careless about fame. I wouldn't want strangers to take my pictures and I wouldn't want people to use me because I'm famous or rich.
