Well if my daughter is doing this it's probably for the approval of her peers and if she's doing that then it means she doesn't feel like she has my approval (and her mom's).
So step 1: Severe punishment. After that, invest my time and money into her hobbies, her life, etc.
She has to know she has my approval and that I value her because if she has father's approval, she won't be looking for it in horny boys.
