If she wanted to have a late night out with friends every once in a while, then no, it isn't a problem. If she goes out every weekend this way and excludes you, then of course it would bother you.
It sounds as though you're not too into the whole party scene. I don't blame you; I never was, either. If she is, then it might be problematic for your relationship in the long term. You've only known one another a month, so even if your feelings are strong, you're both still learning things about one another. Finding that she parties more than you like is an important thing to learn.
