It would bother me a bit but I would still let them go out and have fun. I would let it be known it would bother me, but I wouldn't judge them any differently if they still went out. I believe you need to be independent in relationships and not focus on your wants and needs over your partners. Also, you have to be very trusting. If she wants this relationship, she won't do anything to compromise it, but if she does do something, it's better to find out sooner than later.
My ex went out on his 21st birthday without me because his friends wanted to take him out and have a "guys night" even though later he told me there were chicks there too. He also didn't come home until 9am the next morning. I already told him it bothered me that he was spending his 21st without me. We had talked about celebrating it together since we couldn't go drinking when I turned 21 since he was still 20. I was very trusting and understood him wanting to go out. He made a bad move for our relationship, in my eyes. It was one of many things that led to our break up.
