It wouldn't bother me. The time wouldn't really make much of a difference to me and neither would the drinking.
She could go out drinking and simply not drink that much or just pace herself through the night.
You don't really have to be a drunk to stay out all night drinking with friends. In college, a lot of my friends would drink most of Friday night, but they would only drink to a reasonable level then switch over to either nonalcoholic stuff or some mixed stuff so they didn't get too bad.
