    Have you seen the episode of Seinfeld where George decides to become celibate? His life improves vastly. Amongst many achievements he develops a broad range of high brow hobbies, learns how to really listen when women talk, and his career takes off.

    I'm not saying life would be like this but your post just reminded me of the episode. Maybe things would be better...

      Have you also seen the movie called '40 days 40 nights'? Guy goes celibate for lent and it screws his whole fucking life up.

        Yeah, I saw that. He also got raped at the end! But his new girlfriend blamed him?? I guess this was back when everyone said men love being sexually assaulted so it didn't count...

          Yeah, the plot had some holes. Why did nothing happen when he got raped? That is so not okay!

            I dunno. The naughties was a really weird time in the media. I remember a lot of very morally questionable films from the time...
