    Depends which country you are in. In the vast majority of them its OK.

    It may be old data on my part - but decades ago when I was in Spain I learned that the age of consent in Spain at that time was 25. So if she liked you and was looking for a ticket to America... You could either agree to marry her, or spend time in jail (and under the Spanish laws at that time: guilty, unless you could prove your innocence).

    I just did an internet search: That law was changed in 2015 and the age of consent in Spain is now 16.

      I asked this so I can have a piece of peoples minds and solely because my younger cousin thinks my question is one of the forbidden topics so thats the reason I had asked this.
