Well you'd have to add some type of fantasy to this, since a blackhole even a few microns across would be far to powerful for...any use actually. But assuming that fantasy physics are in place, its has been theorized that time/light has a momentary "freeze" at the even horizon. In that case, any waste you'd try to put into the blackhole would be for a period of time, stuck between your body, and the blackhole. That would either stink, or cause a large mess, or both. But an interesting concept at least.
