I think you should try to ascertain her motivations for inviting you to her place. If she flirts with you at work then she is obviously interested, and maybe when she called you for coffee it was about seeing how you felt towards her. Maybe she misinterpret you or got the wrong impression, and therefore she decided to play it safe just in case you don't reciprocate the affections. Don't take her seemingly cold behavior as a reflection of herself but possibly as a sign that she was expecting something from you, perhaps to take charge and lead the way. Make her feel comfortable enough to really discuss what's on her mind.
