Me and mine did too btw and we are happy as well...however in my first marriage my wife made the choice not to screw so I made the choice to find what I wanted elsewhere. She was cool with it as long as I didn't throw it in her face and I was cool with it because I got my rocks off on a regular basis while still coming home and taking care of business at home.
Hmm... well, I'd personally rather be alone than be in an open marriage, but I've never been in a sexless relationship either. I would simply leave a relationship rather than cheat or accept someone else cheating. It seems like too much of a hassle to remain in a loveless marriage. My resources always seem to go so much further when I'm single anyway, and I don't have to answer to anyone. For me there are too many advantages to being single to ever remain in a relationship where I'm unsatisfied. I just don't see the point in cheating on someone or putting up with someone who cheats when I can be so much happier alone. It makes no sense and seems like such a waste.

Your sexless spouse could and often will continually sue you so that you both have nothing for seven years (statute of limitations), or longer. This has happened to many of my friends. The only defense is to leave the country permanently.
