Worst feeling i ever have

Hello. I am 27. I found worst feeling I ever had is feeling of unable to do anything to make it right when things are very wrong. It feels everything I know is worthless cause it can never be right again.

I think the worst feeling for me is to not want to live but have to hold on when your at your lowest
