I don't think it matters if the curdling happens in your stomach. Just don't put the food and the beverage in your mouth at the same time. Then again, I've never had Limoncello.
I think I could do chocolate cake and beer if it was with a dark beer. I can never actually finish a beer, though (too filling, too many calories), so that might be a problem. I think there are recipes for chocolate stout cake, actually.
Alternatively: skip the food and just drink the booze.
