I say this is pretty normal. People who retire from work have a cut on income which can prove to be very difficult today. If you think working at 90 years old is bad, there is a woman who recently had her 130th birthday and only recently got out of work. Try conserving as much money as you can to put away until retirement comes around. Another good thing to look at is that Florida is a great retirement residence, and since so many homes have recently been foreclosed on, they are being sold for much more affordable prices now. =D
