Working out

Is it normal that one day I feel and look really strong then the next day my muscles look soft and I feel weak? Even though I workout everyday?

Is It Normal?

  • nah. ur supposed to take a days rest between working out eachpart. for example if u curl the firstday, u should skip the next day and continue. important or u could hurt ur muscles. i workout trust me

  • Yeah ive been lifting heavily for 5 years it sounds like its time to up the weight.If your not stiff the next day your not geting a full workout. Just keep working and adding weight and youll start to see results.
