Wool hat too low?

A quick very very minor fashion question, does a wool hat make you look better if is pulled down to where the front of it is still above your eyebrows or pulled down to where it's covering your eyebrows and touching top of your eyes?

    I leave it above my eyebrows. I look weird without eyebrows.
