    Yes, it happens to some people.

    I'm pretty sure it CAN be a symptom of PCOS though, so if you gave any other symptoms, you might wanna get checked.

    Not normal. Excessive hair growth on the face and breasts in women is a sign of low estrogen and/or excess testosterone.
    YES, both sexes have both but in different levels in each.

    Seems normal to me.

    It depends on your background of course; some people are in families where the women tend to be hairier on average.
