maybe she has a sort of condition where her body can't grow hair in certain areas, so she draws them on? (I wouldn't recommend asking, it's just a possibility.) also, sometimes, after people lose their eyebrows somehow (usually during a waxing/shaving procedure gone wrong), they don't grow back, depending on the person's age/genetics, so maybe she does it for that reason. maybe she just removed them so she could have fun drawing them in, which is pretty cool, like as a personal aesthetic/style thing. either way, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. :)
I don't know why, it just makes me uncomfortable- mostly just when it's done just for style. Not growing hair is totally different...you can't help that. I can tell she had hair as recent as a few years ago by her Facebook photos.
