Why not throw caution to the wind? Shelve your prejudice, live a little and talk to her. She may take her acting / theatre seriously and decided that eyebrows and hair were too much bother. Who knows? Personally I think drawn on eyebrows look odd but then no eyebrows would also look odd. It wouldn't stop me talking with someone I thought was interesting.
