As long as it looks well kept and fashionable, love it. Prefer about mid neck to shoulder length of hair on a dude. Anything more than that tends to be worn by guys who don’t know anything about fashion / hygiene, so it rarely looks good
Depends if it's the kind of guy if he's more of a rocker type, or a stoner, or a biker, then the long hair fits the picture. If he's not any of those things, he should probably keep it short. You should wear your hair in a way which fits your particular lifestyle.
