I personally think it would be selfish and pointless to spill the beans on this one, because no good can come of it. Worst case scenario OP wants to cheat on his spouse, and actually goes through with it. Best case scenario things get awkward at work, the coworker is freaked out and selfish ass OP gets in trouble for sexual harassment. None of this is acceptable in my eyes.
