So I've been on testosterone for 2 years now and didn't expect this to happen. It's happened before but only 3 months on t was when I was the hornist. Now that I've been 2 years I think I'd think it would settle down. I just woke up with my enlarged clitoris hard. Is this normal for transmen? I wasn't even dreaming about anything sexual? Like wtf? Lol

    I'm a trans man too - however I'm pre-T as I've been on the waiting list for 2 years now and they've still not started my transition. I'm afraid I can't say whether that's normal or not, but I know about the increased libido of trans men on T.

      Dude! a transman clitoris can change on testosterone. Most get like 3 inches. Some 4 inches depending.

          Well, a clitoris can't be used as a penis. If a pre-op trans man wanted to have sex, sure they could use their clitoris and vagina for sexual acts, but they couldn't use it as a penis because, well, it's a clitoris.

          A post-op trans man would have a penis (assuming they had bottom surgery rather than top surgery). Whether or not it could be used for sexual acts or not is then down to the type of genital reconstruction they had, and whether or not it was physically possible for the constructed penis to become erect. It certainly couldn't expel semen, that's for sure, as there isn't any semen to pump out.

            Depending on the size of the clitoris, it can penetrate a vagina. But not like a penis exactly. If 4 inches it’s possible for a little penitration.
