I was in the chair and they gave me the IV drug to put me to sleep. The dentist said "Tell me when you feel loopy." About ten seconds later the room started to spin. I said "I feel loopy!" and I heard him say "Good!"
Next thing I know, I wake up crying hysterically with two dental hygienists over me. I felt no pain, but I was crying because it was a side effect of the drug. I don't remember a thing of the surgery. There was no time in between falling asleep and waking up; it was like time skipped forwards. So don't be scared, it won't hurt :) and afterwards, people will spoil you with soft foods
