Actually that part is correct. The apostrophe doesn't make it "It is" the apostrophe is there because the creator belongs to Poland.
When the term it is should be used it should be contracted to 'it's' but when there's a possessive for an object its is used. Basically its is used similar to his and hers.
That's wrong. It usually works like that, for example, Sally's book, but this is an exception. The possessive is "its".
