The traditional celebration of christmas is going to be changed this year. Because of a huge argument that occurred last christmas, we are only going to give out money to each other. I'm not going to eat christmas dinner/lunch with my family and I don't plan to do so for future christmases or other other holidays. I don't think my grandmother will be spending the night at ours (I really hope not!). We have yet to put up our christmas tree and since christmas is around the corner, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't do it at all. I am looking forward to the IIN Holiday party and I'll stop in if I have the time.
2012 for me has been a difficult year. It's been the year for change and also the year of realization... I'm tired of procrastinating and I want to get in touch with my creative side again. For 2013, I'm looking forward to improve myself as well as my technique. I need to take the bull by the horns and get my shit together!!! I need to branch out on certain things and I'll do so one step at a time.

We are sort of having Christmas dinner with the family, but my dad is living in the garage with his girlfriend while still being married to mum so he wont be joining us (parents divorce - long story!) And my brothers coming round but he always picks fights with everything I say (sibling thing I guess) so I'm just going to stuff my face.
Maybe, if it would help ease the tension on your family just send them a card wishing them well (know its tough - I'm debating whether to leave my dad a card)
