You sound like you hold yourself to high standards and you are hard on yourself for things you deem as mistakes. Also, as you say, you are feeling a lot of regret because you feel it's going to affect your future, and that is understandable.
However, I think you are being overly harsh on yourself. Will you ever feel love again? Yes. Will this affect your future relationship(s)? Yes, but probably not to such an extreme as you think. The next man you care about might not see you as "pure", as you say, or they might not care at all. They will probably be somewhere in the middle. They might care more about whether you like cats or dogs more than they care if you are a virgin or not. It's different for everyone.
Again, I don't think the problem is what other's will think about you, rather it's how you feel about what you did and how it will affect you. It's normal to feel regret when you feel you made a mistake, but if it's so much regret that it's taking a toll on the way you think, and feel, and live every single day, you should talk to therapist. It's going to take time to get over, and if you need help during that time, you should get it.
